The former site of Nelson’s Kerr apartments is back up for sale.
The lots on Victoria Street have been vacant since a fire destroyed the heritage building in 2011.
Realtor Bob Bourke says the current owner decided not to move ahead with a project there.
Bourke says any buyer is welcome to use the design work already completed.

The five lots have an asking price of $1.4 million.
Another building damaged in the same fire, Nelson Home Furniture on Josephine Street, is also for sale.
