But Deb Kozak says she’s pleased the developer isn’t washing their hands of it entirely. Storm Mountain Development announced this week that it’s now seeking builders to take on portions of the land. The asking price for the entire 13-acre property is just under $4 million. It sits between the lakefront and the CP Rail line from the old Kootenay Forest Products mill site to beyond Red Sands Beach.
