Two people have been arrested for fleeing Creston RCMP
Yesterday morning officers attempted to pull over an SUV on Highway 3 for not having insurance.
The driver failed to stop then drove into a field before fleeing on foot.
He was then picked up by another driver on Highway 3A heading towards the ferry.

Nelson RCMP caught up with the two people before they got off the ferry.
Suspects are known to police for an investigation into numerous driving and drug offences.
