A $100,000 grant from the province to go towards a new bicycle path in Castlegar.
Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development Coralee Oakes says the 1-kilometre path will offer a safe alternate route for cyclists to detour the highway interchange near the Complex.
The $350,000* path will also see corporate and community sponsorship.
