Grizzly bear spotted in Nelson Monday morning

NELSON, B.C. – A grizzly bear was spotted just above the Nelson cemetery Monday morning, according to the City of Nelson.
In a Facebook post just before 10 a.m the city reminds the public to remain calm, not make any loud noises, and to back away slowly while talking calmly to the bear.
