NELSON, B.C – An early morning accident tore down the traffic signal lamp post at Ward and Baker Street.
The busy intersection will now be controlled by a 4-way stop while repairs are ongoing.
According to a notice to the public posted to the city of Nelsons Facebook page this morning, the repairs are expected to be completed by Wednesday.
The city is reminding pedestrians and drivers to share the intersection.
