Full steam ahead for Rebels who sit right in the middle of the pack

The Castlegar Rebels know the importance of picking up points in a taut Neil Murdoch division.The Rebels tallied four of a possible six points this past weekend.

Castlegar finished off a three game in three day stint with a convincing 7-2 win Sunday over Columbia Valley – just over 12 hours after being flattened by Beaver Valley 7-3.


Defenseman Travis Wilkie says it was a big weekend for them considering they are suffering from injury and illness at the moment.

Castlegar is tied for third in the division with only four points seperating them and first place Nelson.
