The Nelson Police Department issued the following media release Sunday.
The NPD are requesting public assistance in locating Alexander MacKay, a 35 year old Nelson resident, who has not been seen or had contact with his family since departing his residence on Tuesday, February 3, 2015.
MacKay is described as approximately 5’11 in height, 145 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes (see attached photo). MacKay was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and a black baseball cap.
Members of the public are encouraged to contact the Nelson Police Department at (250) 354-3919 if MacKay is observed or if there is any knowledge of his location.
