Summit Radio’s Afternoons with Andrea is thrilled to be joined by special guest Dr. Cori Lausen! She is the Director of Bat Conservation with the Wildlife Conservation Society of Canada. Since 2008, she and her team have made countless discoveries, piloted successful projects, and have changed the way the world sees and studies bats all from the work they have done in the Kootenay region of BC.

Cori shares stories from her career and experiences with bats, as well as the projects they’ve done in the area and possible projects they’re hoping to pilot next year. We cover everything from local bats biggest threats to how the average citizen can help bats with food and water! Oh – and don’t miss out on hearing the Silver Haired bat’s love song!
