It’s the fourth annual Kootenay Music Awards this weekend.
Nelson’s Spirit Bar will host the 2015 edition Saturday night to recognize regional musicians in categories such as Album of the Year, Best Live Act and standouts in rock, folk and electronic dance music.
Host Mitch Scott says its a big deal.
The event kicks off 8 pm tomorrow night.
