Rossland ponders seniors housing concept

The Alpine City needs to ponder many things in response to a recent seniors housing development concept.

Resident and financial expert Stephen Hill says many affordable new homes could be built if they were on vacant city-owned land.

The development could pay back the land cost over 50 years via strata fees.
