Marijuana may be on its way to being legalized but people are still being arrested for dealing it.
That happened last week in the 400 block of Baker Street in Nelson where a 43-year-old woman was taken into custody.
Police say the woman was released but soon breached her conditions and was arrested a second time.
She’ll be in court today.
