Show open to public: June 15th 10am.- 4:30pm All left over flowers will be sold after 4:30pm

On Saturday, there are two short seminars. Free, at 10:30 am #1, Peony Blooms, and 11:00 am, #2. Peony Care. The Chop Box activity ($30) at 1pm, includes a complete arrangement kit to take home, with vase, fixings and peonies and is a competition with prizes.
Registration recommended in advance for these activities.
At show close, 4:30pm, people who have indicated they wish to collect their buds and arrangements do so, and then the rest are sold to the public.
As most of you are not in the Kootenays, you may be pleased to know that the Sandman is offering reduced rates for our guests.
We will have a table set up for the Canadian Peony Society, and will have CPS seeds to purchase at a reasonable price.
The Castlegar Garden club is working on the plans for our local Garden and Quilt tour for the 16th, so a fine weekend to visit this part of the world.
Please, if you decide to come, let us know so we can become acquainted. Please don’t be shy. We are just ordinary gardeners with a passion for peonies, and your bud is as good or better than the next.
