Creston Town Hall now has an Automated External Defibrillator .
The Heart and Stroke Foundation’s program offers free devices and training to community venues.
Creston Fire and Rescue Assistant Fire Chief, Jared Riel says it was an easy process and valuable resource.
Riel says Town Hall is the most public access building so it made sense to put it there.
There is a “find an AED” function on the heart and stroke foundation’s website which lists locations in BC where they can be found.
