Nelson’s solar garden is on budget but a bit behind schedule.
Nelson Hydro general manager Alex Love says the panels have arrived and a site has been cleared.
But a couple of problems set them back.
Love says they had to switch to a different location at their Bonnington Falls power plant.
The lone bid they received on the rack work was also over budget so they’ve adjusted the specs a bit.
