Selkirk College grad on fast track to hotel management

A big opportunity for a graduate of Selkirk College’s hotel and resort management program.

The Fairmont hotel chain has accepted Nelson’s Kiraya Spencer into its Summit leadership program.

She’ll spend 18 months at the Banff Springs Hotel as a supervisor in various departments.

She says she’d recommend the industry and Selkirk’s program to others.

Spencer also has a hotel management degree from Royal Roads University.
