The City of Nelson is close to signing off on three restricted resale units for Nelson Commons.
They would go for 25 per cent below market value in perpetuity but some councillors had last-minute concerns.
Janice Morrison is worried about what happens if things go south.
City staff say Nelson’s affordable housing fund would still benefit in that situation.
But the matter’s been referred back to them for further review.
