If you’ve ever lined up for a movie at Nelson’s Civic Theatre you know how cramped the box office area is.
But manager Jason Asbell says they’re hoping to change that in 2018.
He says they’re raising funds to build a new ticket and patron services counter in the lobby.
Asbell says it should shorten or eliminate line-ups outdoors.

They’re also trying to finish their stage upgrade by installing drapes, a smaller screen, and rear projector.
They need another $20,000 to complete both projects.
