Yet more charges expected in armed robberies case

Yet more charges are expected to be laid Wednesday in the local armed robberies case involving Andrew Stevenson and Krista Kalmikoff.
The prosecution was expected to bring charges related to up to four other armed robberies in our region in recent months.
Stevenson and Kalmikoff are already facing several charges following the robberies of the Nelson Credit Union, Currency Exchange and Break and Enters of Castlegar pharmacies.
Kalmikoff- who is out on bail – has pleaded not guilty.
Stevenson – who remains in custody – is yet to enter a plea.
