Castlegar’s Community Forum may be a little congested this evening for the city council meeting.
A representative from CP Rail is expected to address council about the recent changes to the rail service that sees a train roll through the region blaring it’s horn-whistle in the dead of night.
That has upset a lot of people.
And at least one councillor has told the public to come out in force tonight.
CPR has been criticised for not giving the affected neighborhoods the heads-up on the changes.
