Red Mountain’s brand new Legacy Training Centre looks to already have a fan…mother nature.
The centre will open Saturday after years in the works.
This summer the resort partnered with the Red Racers to invest $1.5 million in a snow making system.
Club President Christine Andison says they’ve had ideal conditions to produce snow and they might get some more help.
Andison says they already have about 18-24 inches of snow for the base of the track.
The Legacy Centre offers slalom and giant slalom training to local and international skiers.
