KIJHL: Leafs, Rebels end weekend with defeats

The Castlegar Rebels and the Nelson Leafs both finished the weekend on a losing note Sunday

Castlegar was 4-3 losers in Kamloops after picking up wins in 100 Mile House and Revelstoke the two previous nights.

The Nelson Leafs split a home and with the Spokane Braves.

The Green and White fell 5-2 south of the border Sunday after a 5-1 mopping in the Queen City 24 hours earlier.

And the B.V Nite Hawks had a win and a loss.

The Nite Hawks soared in a 12-3 shellacking of the Grand Forks Border Bruins Saturday after a 2-1 defeat in Spokane Friday.
