Kootenay Music Award winners

Another year of recognition for some amazing musical talent in our region.

The 2015 Kootenay Music Awards were presented Saturday night in Nelson.

Among the winners- Jesse Lee-musician was named Artist of the Year.

Shred Kelly grabbed Album of the Year and Best Live Act.

Best Rock/Punk/Metal Act went to Mrs. Strange while Best Electronic Act (Dj or producer) went to Mooves.

Song of the Year was Reflections by Lyndi Lush.

Sofiella Watt & The Huckleberry Bandits won Best New Artist.

Best New Artist went to The Burn Ins.
