More bumps in the road for Castlegar when it comes to finding a place to put their electric vehicle charging station.
A plan to sell the device to a local hotel fell through and the City continues to gauge interest in area businesses including the Chamber of Commerce.
Councillor Deb McIntosh admits she had concerns when they first received the device.
Castlegar already has plug in sites near Kootenay Savings and at the Kalawsky dealership.
The City decided to sell the infrastructure after learning installation costs range between $12,000 – $15,000.
