The two wildfires burning in the Slocan Valley are now fully contained.

A total of 50 personnel have been working on the Enterprise Creek and Monument Creek fires.
150 locally-based firefighters are currently working the big blazes in the north and Okanagan.
But Turner says the forecast rains in the coming 36 hours will give everyone a chance to re-set ahead of more hot,dry weather coming on the weekend and into august.
150 out-of-province firefighters have arrived in BC to help give rest and mandatory days off for crews.
