COVID outbreak declared at Kootenay Lake Hospital

Interior Health says a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared in the medical unit of Kootenay Lake Hospital.

It began on New Year’s Day. There are now 11 cases.

Another outbreak in late August and early September saw eight cases and put a stop to social visits.
