Print hopes for Humans of Nelson project

A Nelson photography initiative is looking to make the jump from screen to print.
The Humans of Nelson project has become very popular on Facebook and the internet

Photographer Ryan Oakley is launching an online Kickstarter campaign in an effort to raise $10,000 to help with publishing.

Oakley says the online project has been successful so far because Nelson has two things going for it.

Oakley says having a physical copy of all the photos and stories about people is just going to add another dimension to the project.

He wants to order two thousand books to start.

A dollar from every book sold will go to a local charity.
