It’s the inaugural meeting of the newly-elected Nelson council Monday evening.
Deb Kozak -as mayor – and her team will be sworn in at a special ceremonial event at the Prestige Lakeside.
Four new councillors will join two incumbents from the previous term.
The only real pieces of business will be the appointment of the council representative to the Regional District board and two reps to the Recreation Commission.
The mayor generally takes up the RDCK board position.
