The Rossland Library should not feel there has been any loss in confidence from council about their future.
This from councillor Aaron Cosbey in light of concerns being raised after their annual operational budget was cut.
He says council is 100% behind the facility and their revitalization plans.
Cosbey says council shares the library’s disappointment at the funding decrease.
But community groups across the city have had their budgets cut because of Rossland’s big budget deficit.
